यदि श्रमिक की दुर्घटना में मृत्यु हो जाती है या वह पूर्ण रूप से शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग हो जाता है, तो 2 लाख रुपये और आंशिक विकलांगता की स्थिति में 1 लाख रुपये दिए जाते हैं।

योगी सरकार ने ई-श्रम कार्ड के लिए पंजीकरण कराने वाले सभी को 500 रुपये देने का वादा किया।
